Will my custom extensions work after the upgrade?

That depends on how the extensions were built. During an upgrade:

• MagentoBrain checks all custom and third-party extensions for compatibility with Magento 2.4.8 or Adobe Commerce 2.4.8.
• We run code audits and use Magento’s Upgrade Compatibility Tool.
• Any incompatible extensions are either updated, replaced, or customized to work with the latest version.

We recommend reviewing all modules before the upgrade, especially for stores heavily dependent on custom-built functionality.
